Will Mayor Villaraigosa accept AZ reponse to boycott renegotiate power agreements so LA no longer receives any?

It's hot air on the part of Pierce. If California WERE to shop elsewhere for its power, Arizona would be in serious trouble, financially, and Pierce knows it. Pierce seems to have forgotten that California PAYS for that electricity, and that the money provides jobs. He should have kept his mouth shut.
