Do the males of every species on this planet Earth dominate over females?

In the Nature`s plan for the reproduction of species, males have almost insignificant role.It is the female who predominantly participates in this plan. Yet, the male, in almost all the species, is more colourful, beautiful, bigger in size and muscularly stronger than females. Are the males in every species on this planet Earth dominating over females?
