When will the North Star then into a supernova?

Never. Polaris is not mive enough to explode as a tType II supernova. It will become a large white dwarf. Close companion Polaris Ab orbits at too large a radius (18.5 AU) to become a donor for the white dwarf to accrete m needed to trigger a Type Ia supernova.
