..............US Army OCS?

I am trying to find a list of disqualifiers to join the US army. The reason why I am asking this is because I was arrested twice when I was15 years old and used cocaine once. I have completed everything when I was fifteen and there is nothing pending in my criminal record. I have recently obtained a bachelors degree and I am interested in joining the army. I was arrested twice in 1999, when I was fifteen years of age, once for shoplifting and the other for tresping. They were neither misdemeanors nor felonies, they were juvenile delinquent acts. I was given probation and community service, which I completed when they were igned to me. I do not have unpaid fines/court costs. I am interested in becoming an officer. I friend of mine who is currently in the army told me that, even though, I only used cocaine once that might affect me if I try to obtain a job that requires security clearance. Any has a professional opinion on this matter? Thanks
