Need to finish pokedex on diamond need someone with palkia?

I need to battle someone with palkia so i canfinish my pokedex so i can get the national dex leave your first name and friend codes i will also trade i have increible pokemon not so much on diamond but once i can use pal park i have tons of great pokemon.
