Is it possible to learn spanish (espanol) in 4 months?

I have a very strong reason to learn spanish soon....Anyways, I have literally ALL day to learn...I am not currently working and I am not going to school...So, I pretty much have 24/7 to learn spanish, except sleep time of course lol....So, since I have alot of time and motivation, is it possible to learn spanish in 4 months/120 days? Can I at least learn conversational spanish? Thanks! :-D
